National Volunteer's Week 2018

From today until the 7th of June is National Volunteers' week - an opportunity to say thank you to the countless unsung heroes of our community.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our community and the work they do all too often goes unnoticed. One of the greatest pleasures of being the MP for Stoke-on-Trent central has been the opportunities to meet some of the volunteers who work hard day in day out to improve our city.

This year's Volunteers' Week is about volunteering for all - a celebration of the wide range of people who contribute in so many different ways. I can't thank enough everyone who gives up their time for the community here in Stoke-on-Trent nor state properly how amazed I am at their contributions.
