Mental Health Awareness Week 2018

Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week hosted by the Mental Health Foundation. This year they are focusing on the issue of stress in our day to day lives and how this can have a negative effect on our mental health and those around us.
By tackling stress, we can go a long way to tackle mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, and, in some instances, self-harm and suicide.

If you visit https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/campaigns/mental-health-awareness-week you can read more about self-testing for stress, reducing stress in your life and what to do if you think things are getting on top of you.
