Gareth Snell MP

Labour and Co-operative MP for Stoke-on-Trent Central

About Gareth

The Potteries is my home. It’s where I met my wife and where my daughter, Hannah, was born and goes to school. And when she needed emergency surgery when she was a few weeks old, it was the staff of Royal Stoke who looked after her.

As your MP my main priorities are to defend our local health services and to fight for a Brexit deal that will bring jobs and investment to the Potteries.

I put the interests of our City at the heart of everything that I do. Whether it’s fighting for Royal Stoke Hospital or helping local businesses I promise to stand up for people in Stoke-on-Trent – whether people in Westminster like it or not.

Gareth was first elected to Parliament at the Stoke-on-Trent Central By-election in Spring 2017. He was subsequently re-elected at the General Election in June 2017.
